3D in-line measurement for 100% quality control
iVISION® 3D in-line measuring systems provide a very flexible solutions for 100% quality control of precision parts. It is possible to control lathed parts with a minimum of 3 parts / s. The measuring accuracy is +/- 3 µm. The following features can be controlled:
3D length, -shape, -angles
2 1/2 D diameters, excentricities
Chamfer control by measurement
Inspection for dust, mill stones, deformation, surface
problems and any deviation from required
The application of the 3D in-line technology for other industrial parts is given by its high flexibility.
